Suzuki Access 125 BS-VI full Review with Pros & Cons
Now the scooters are also on demand as same as bike and are giving neck to neck competition to all the bikes. Suzuki access 125 is one of the which is performing very well in the market and one of the biggest Competition of Honda Activa. Few days back it was launched with BS-VI complaint engine. Here in ROTAQ we are going to discuss all pros & cons of this scooter.
- Engine
- Looks
- Meter console
- Additional Features
- Under seat storage
- Safety
- What’s wrong
- Mileage
1. Engine :-
This scooter is one of the best scooter in its segment because of its engine, which is a great combination of power & mileage the heart of this scooter is 125 CC, produces 8.7 ps power and 10 Nm of torque which is quite Impressive in its segment. I felt the engine performance of this scooter is the USP of this scooter. It was very refined and now is BS engine is can say better smooth engine.
2. Looks :-
In terms of looks it remains same as it BS-IV variant, but some major changes are there. Now it has LED headlamp which makes it over better and create some minor from used in the looks. A lot of come has from used in this scooter.
3. Meter console :-
Now the meter console is also offering additional information like Eco-light and battery health. The Eco meter is actually connected with the engine, so it provides proper indication, not like other scooters where it used to connect with the throttle. So here you get plenty of information from its meter console but not as much as Activa 125 BS-VI.
4. Additional Features :-
Now you get external fuel filling in Suzuki Access 125, which was most awaited feature of this scooter. One touch start is also great innovation.
5. Under Seat Storage :-
Here you get 22.3 ltrs of under seat storage which makes it is the best scooter in its segment & if you are think about helmet, so you can’t store full size helmet here. But you can store small size helmet.

6. Safety :-
Here you disc brake as an option and get CBS which apply both brakes at the same time.
7. Whats wrong :-
Now we have seen some problems in Access 125 BS-VI first problem is external fuel filling I know it’s a great innovation but you have to remove keys from igniter to open the fuel lid which is not convenience for the users we get 4 way switch in Activa which is more convenient.
In this scooter you get fiber body which is by compromise on this scooter.
8. Mileage :-
One of the biggest question is mileage so here you get 40 to 45 kmpl practically, but if you use the throttle aggressively, so mileage can be reduced.
In my opinion is great option for you if you want a powerful scooter, but if you want a metal body scooter and traditional looking scooter so may also take a test ride of Honda Activa 6G. If you want to know the best scooter in India, You may find here.
